As a freelance graphic designer, I am committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of every client I work with. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and protect the information clients share with me during the course of a project. Any personal or project-related information provided to me is handled with care and used solely for the purpose of delivering high-quality design services.

During the design process, I may collect certain information necessary to complete the project. This can include your name, contact information, business details, brand assets, creative direction, project files, and any other materials you choose to share. I may also record communication such as emails, messages, or notes related to your project. Basic billing and payment-related details may also be collected, excluding full credit or debit card numbers, which I do not store.

I use the information you provide only to communicate with you about the project, create and deliver design work, process invoices, maintain internal records, and provide customer support. All materials and information shared with me remain strictly confidential. I do not sell, share, or distribute client information to any third parties unless required by law or with your explicit written permission.

All files, assets, and personal information are stored securely using password-protected devices, secure storage platforms, and backup systems. I work independently, which means only I have access to your project files unless you authorize otherwise. Files are kept only for as long as necessary to complete the project or meet legal obligations.

At times, I may use trusted third-party services such as payment processors, cloud storage, or design software platforms (for example, PayPal, Google Drive, Dropbox, Adobe Creative Cloud). These services may access limited information only as needed to perform their functions and are governed by their own privacy policies. I do not allow these platforms to use your data for any purpose unrelated to service delivery.

I will never publish or share any of your project work—such as logos, branding, designs, or artwork—in my portfolio, social media, website, or promotional materials without your prior written consent. You have full control over whether your work is displayed publicly.

Clients have the right to request access to their information, ask for corrections, request deletion of files after project completion, or withdraw consent for portfolio use at any time. I aim to respond to all such requests promptly and respectfully.

This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally to reflect new practices or legal requirements.
